1．施工機(jī)械

1. Construction machinery

必須配備齊全的施工機(jī)械和配件，做好開工前的保養(yǎng)、試機(jī)工作，并保證在施工期間一般不發(fā)生有礙施工進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量的故障。路面基層施工，采用集中廠拌、攤鋪機(jī)攤鋪、分層施工，要求各施工單位配備足夠的拌和、運(yùn)輸、攤鋪、壓實(shí)機(jī)械。每層大壓實(shí)厚度不大于20cm。水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層施工，按單幅分兩層梯隊(duì)攤鋪?zhàn)鳂I(yè)，因而必須配備以下主要機(jī)械。

It is necessary to equip complete construction machinery and accessories, carry out maintenance and testing work before starting work, and ensure that there are generally no faults that affect the construction progress and quality during the construction period. The construction of the pavement base layer adopts centralized plant mixing, paver paving, and layered construction. Each construction unit is required to be equipped with sufficient mixing, transportation, paving, and compaction machinery. The compacted thickness of each layer shall not exceed 20cm. The construction of cement stabilized crushed stone base requires the following main machinery to be equipped, as the paving operation is divided into two layers according to a single width.

（1）拌和機(jī)應(yīng)配置產(chǎn)量大于400T/H的拌和機(jī)，要保證其實(shí)際出料（生產(chǎn)量的80%）能力超過(guò)實(shí)際攤鋪能力的10-15%。拌和機(jī)必須采用定型產(chǎn)品，并在多個(gè)工程中應(yīng)用，且用戶反應(yīng)良好。為使混合料拌和均勻，拌缸要滿足一定長(zhǎng)度。至少要有五個(gè)進(jìn)料斗，料斗上口必須安裝鋼筋網(wǎng)蓋，篩除超出粒徑規(guī)格的集料及雜物。拌和機(jī)的用水應(yīng)配有大容量的儲(chǔ)水箱。

(1) The mixer should be equipped with a production capacity greater than 400T/H, ensuring that its actual discharge capacity (80% of the production capacity) exceeds 10-15% of the actual paving capacity. The mixer must use standardized products and be applied in multiple projects, with good user feedback. To ensure even mixing of the mixture, the mixing tank must meet a certain length. There must be at least five feeding hoppers, and steel mesh covers must be installed at the top of the hoppers to screen out aggregates and debris exceeding the particle size specifications. The water used in the mixer should be equipped with a large capacity water storage tank.

料斗、水箱、罐倉(cāng)都要求裝配高精度電子動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量器，電子動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量器應(yīng)經(jīng)有資質(zhì)的計(jì)量部門進(jìn)行計(jì)量標(biāo)定后方可使用。

The hopper, water tank, and tank compartment all require the assembly of high-precision electronic dynamic meters. Electronic dynamic meters should be calibrated by qualified metrology departments before use.

（2）攤鋪機(jī)應(yīng)根據(jù)路面基層的寬度、厚度，選用合適的攤鋪機(jī)械。基層施工應(yīng)采用兩臺(tái)攤鋪機(jī)梯隊(duì)作業(yè)。要求兩臺(tái)攤鋪機(jī)功能一致，好為同一機(jī)型，而且機(jī)型較新，功能較全，以保證路面基層厚度一致，完整無(wú)縫，平整度好。

(2) The paver should select appropriate paving machinery based on the width and thickness of the road base layer. Grassroots construction should use two pavers in a cascade operation. Two pavers are required to have the same function, preferably the same model, and the model should be newer with more comprehensive functions, to ensure consistent thickness, complete and seamless pavement base layer, and good smoothness.

（3）壓路機(jī)至少應(yīng)配備12T左右輕型壓路機(jī)1~2臺(tái)，18-20T的壓路機(jī)2~3臺(tái)，振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)2~3臺(tái)和膠輪壓路機(jī)2臺(tái)。壓路機(jī)的噸位和臺(tái)數(shù)必須與拌和機(jī)及攤鋪機(jī)生產(chǎn)能力相匹配，使從加水拌和到碾壓終了的時(shí)間不超過(guò)水泥初凝時(shí)間，保證施工正常進(jìn)行。

(3) At least 1-2 lightweight rollers with a capacity of around 12T, 2-3 rollers with a capacity of 18-20T, 2-3 vibrating rollers, and 2 rubber wheeled rollers should be equipped with the road roller. The tonnage and number of rollers must match the production capacity of the mixer and paver, so that the time from water mixing to the end of compaction does not exceed the initial setting time of cement, ensuring the normal construction.

（4）自卸汽車數(shù)量應(yīng)與拌和設(shè)備、攤鋪設(shè)備、壓路機(jī)相匹配。

(4) The number of dump trucks should match the mixing equipment, paving equipment, and road rollers.

（7）水泥鋼制罐倉(cāng)由拌和機(jī)生產(chǎn)能力決定其容量，罐倉(cāng)內(nèi)應(yīng)配有水泥破拱器，以免水泥起拱停流。

(7) The capacity of the cement steel tank silo is determined by the production capacity of the mixer, and a cement arch breaker should be equipped inside the silo to prevent cement from arching and stopping flow.

以上機(jī)械數(shù)量至少應(yīng)滿足每個(gè)工點(diǎn)、每日連續(xù)正常生產(chǎn)及工期要求。

The above number of machinery should at least meet the requirements of each construction site, daily continuous normal production, and project schedule.

3．底基層的檢查與驗(yàn)收

3. Inspection and acceptance of sub base layer

（1）底基層外形檢查

底基層外形檢查內(nèi)容有高程、中線偏位、寬度、橫坡度和平整度。

The inspection of the appearance of the base layer includes elevation, centerline deviation, width, cross slope, and flatness.

（2）底基層壓實(shí)度檢查、修補(bǔ)與驗(yàn)收

底基層應(yīng)進(jìn)行壓實(shí)度和表面松散檢查，凡不符合要求的路段，應(yīng)分別采用補(bǔ)充碾壓、填換好的材料等。

The compaction degree and surface looseness of the base layer should be checked. For sections that do not meet the requirements, supplementary rolling and replacement materials should be used separately.

（3）底基層沉降檢查

底基層的表面沉降速率應(yīng)達(dá)到連續(xù)兩個(gè)月小于5mm/月才可鋪筑基層。

The surface settlement rate of the base layer should be less than 5mm/month for two consecutive months before laying the base layer.

（4）底基層的質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合《江蘇省高速公路工程項(xiàng)目工程施工質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的要求。

(4) The quality of the base layer should meet the requirements of the Construction Quality Inspection Standards for Jiangsu Province Expressway Engineering Projects.
